These two houses tend to have the most difficult time with ranking. Where do they really fall? Sigma Chi has my vote though! Their poor house needs a good cleaning and update but their parties are always fun. Delt house has one up on them in the fall. They get a lot that stop by their house on the way to football. When girls drink enough, either looks fine.
