and to state the obvious, many people at private high schools are on scholarship, many being shippied out of places with bad neighborhood schools. lastly i just want to say that the zip code thing for the most part IS NOT TRUE. if you actually look at pledge classes, atleast 15 of them don't come from "those zip codes" it's just a myth, pi phi, etc. love to brag about how they only take girls from certain zip codes. it's not true! they wouldn't be able to fill pledge classes that way! sorry that was so long, but someone needed to say it.
