If you build it they will come. Field of dreams. A big cash infusion to build or acquire a new house will likely mean a large top performing chapter in the future (5 10 yrs). True for any new group thinking about taking it to the next level or just starting up. Watch Phi psi. I bet they'll rise significantly in the next 5 yrs or so barring any disastrous accidents etc.
