Delt has cooler guys. Sigma Chi has a better infrastructure with events on a larger scale. Both will not be top tier. Delt has solidified itself in the middle with its current house and Sigma Chi tries too hard to climb. KA has a better chance of becoming top. KA's house is better but its members are weaker. Delt will never be top with its current house. Don't get me wrong, they still have a good event turnout due to popularity but their house (as well as sigma chi's ) is relatively weak for a potential "top tier".
