I could not care less about Delt or Sigma Chi, as I am in neither of those t-shirts clubs, but Delt has been at the top of the middle tier for a long time. They and Sigma Chi will never be top tier and everyone knows it. Sigma Chi is arguably at the top of the middle with Delt now, but honestly I don't think anyone cares about those Nancies except themselves and freshmen girls.
