Yes, KA (Omicron) is back on as provisional status at UT. The Lodge is still owned by KA Omicron. They are basically starting as a new chapter and it will take 2-3 years to get full stauts. All of the alumni and current member that where involved in trying to take the illegally KA house are expelled from the Order and are no longer KA's. They will not be let back in the Order. The rest of the former members can reapply to regain active status but it is not a sure thing for any of them.
