Ex-Texas Greek, No. You are spreading false info. Panhellenic does not set an arbitrary quota number to help boost smaller chapters numbers. Quota is the number of women at pref divided by the number of houses on campus....simple math = 500 women at pref divide by 10 houses = quota of 50. The freshman quota was smaller this year due to there being fewer freshmen still going through on pref night, nothing more.
