I think sigma chi is losing that TFM faction. They have done a good job with out of state guys and I would say have moved up a bit. Need to stop talking about the house upgrade and get it done if they want to hang. Delt good also. Probably a bit more laid back. Beware of people who say "the way it always will be". Usually they are scared someone is passing them. Nothing is static.
