rising: Delt and KA (used to be omicron) Both are rising for different reasons, Delt is gaining popularity and KA has their national letters back, i think they used to be very good at UT. Declining: Sig Ep (not very much, but their rush has been weak so we will see this fall, I'm sure they will be fine)
