kidding me? They have a new awesome house, and they're still not close to ATO, PIKE, Delt, or SAMMY. They bid way weirder guys, they have horrible sorority relations that are closer to lower mid tier (Phi Delt, Pi Kapp) than the actual mid tier, and throw really weak parties. They won't be top-tier for the foreseeable future. If they could get to where Sigma Chi is right now, that would be a huge achievement for them.
