Subject:
Texas Theta got this ltr from Dean of Students Ofc

Poster Message:
We’ve been working hard to improve our on-campus contributions at UT! Dear Kappa Alpha Theta Leadership, Each semester, we communicate Kappa Alpha Theta’s status at The University of Texas at Austin for the previous term based on the chapter’s performance in our SFL Community Standards Program. The SFL Community Standards Program was created to communicate expectations as well as provide a platform for organizations to track their events and achievements throughout the year. The SFL Community Standards Program status is separate from any university conduct process and outcome for individuals or organizations. Congratulations! Kappa Alpha Theta has exceeded expectations for the Fall 2024 term, earning the prestigious Excellence status by achieving a remarkable Community Standards average exceeding 90%. A full listing of the expectations from the fall 2024 term can be found by visiting the Dean of Students website. To recognize this effort, Sorority and Fraternity Life provides the following for your organization: • A copy of the current Community Standards letter shared with your organization’s national office • Recognition in the Sorority and Fraternity Life Information Guide • Recognition on the Sorority and Fraternity Life website • A physical address to receive mail on campus (this does not include packages) Sorority and Fraternity Life would like to thank you for all of your hard work during this fall. We recognize that your organization has many responsibilities, and we are deeply proud and appreciative of your successful completion of all of the requirements to meet community standards. Looking ahead to our next reporting cycle, Community Standards requirements for the spring 2025 Term can be found by visiting the Dean of Students website. Best wishes and we look forward to continuing to celebrate your chapter and its achievements as part of The University of Texas at Austin’s sorority and fraternity community. Sincerely, Marilyn Russell Director of Student Organizations The Office of the Dean of Students The University of Texas
