Well not really how they always have been; old row was usually at the top so if it were what it has always been then you would have Fiji, SAE, KA, Sigchi, Ksig all following each other but some of new row has gotten more popular like ZBT, SigEp & Delt and are now better liked by some people. Just depends but saying its how it always has been is plain wrong.
