I will be going through rush in August and know some girls in current houses from my high school but many of them are older (current sophomores or juniors). Will I get overlooked if I don't know current freshman? How do the sororities decide or vote on who gets invited back? I assume they already have their lists of girls they know of and want to recruit. And at this point, is it too late to reach out to girls? Is that considered inappropriate or against the rules?
