saw this shared on my omicron friend's facebook: "Texas Omicron is pleased to announce that we have agreed to a tentative settlement of the pending appeal of the litigation with Kappa Alpha Order. We are working on the details, but as part of the tentative settlement, Texas Omicron has voted to seek admission to Kappa Alpha Order. The Kappa Alpha Order Executive Council (national board of directors) has voted to endorse the petition by Texas Omicron’s current undergraduate members as the new members of a KA chapter at The University of Texas! We are looking forward with great enthusiasm to being KA’s and sharing in the honored traditions of the Kappa Alpha Order." I dont exactly know what that means but sounds like KA is back?
