Really depends on when exactly you are asking because a great deal changed coming into the 90's - mid 90's. Historically Fiji, Phi Delt and ATO were tops. ATO was kicked off in mid 80'sand Phi Delt had issues in the mid-late 90's and was shut down by the late 90's. SAE got strong starting in the early-mid 80's. KA was strong before it lost its charter and became Omicron. So if you are saying 1990-95, I would list the following: Fiji/SAE KA/Phi Delt Pike/Delt/Sig Ep Kappa Sig
