Pi Beta Phi HQ. has recently paid thousands of dollars to The Nova Collective for guidance on how to make True Tried Friend more DEI. Results of 2022 survey of over 12,000 collegiate members reveal only 11% LGTBQIA2s+, 20% BIPOC and 35% atheist/agnostic. All chapters including Texas Alpha must become more DEI. by offering membership to all genders, races, creeds and lowering dues for those in financial need.
