What are the chances for out of state students for rush next fall? I'm a legacy at Kappa, but I heard that doesn't matter. I used to live in Dallas and moved young. My family is entirely from Texas and helped me gather all my credentials thoroughly for pi phi and kappa as my cousins are all alums. I'm basically involved in every single community service org / project at my school have good sat scores great grades and am in an honors program. Not sure how I'll make out or what to really expect.... Looking for advice
