Fiji and SAE's dues!!!

Why in the world are Fiji and SAE's dues above 6 grand a semester? I understand Fiji partially since they have the biggest mansion in Austin. But SAE? $9k a semester? That's SMU's yearly tuition after being an active for 8 semesters. Even still, most fraternities in the SEC with gigantic mansions don't have dues that expensive (minus FSU and Alabama). Someone explain the context to me because I'm genuinely curious. How are FIJI and SAE so expensive? I give it 10 years before SigEp becomes just as popular as those two considering Fiji, SAE, and SigEp are composed of the same type of kids. SigEp is just more affordable with $3k a semester.
