I wouldn't go that far... If you say Delt isn't top seven then that's saying sigmachee, phi psi, and ATO are....which is the furthest from the truth. Although they do have a few brown members from what I've seen at tailgate, they still have a chance to change that before they officially initiate. As far as I see it, it's up to them at this point.
