K Sig and Sigma Chi’s dorms look so cheaply built. Everything prefabricated, nothing custom made. garage made of cinderblock, but the other 3 stories are all wood. They’ll need major renovations within 10ish years. Sig chi using the cheapest material (wood siding) and K Sig using the second cheapest material (fiber cement siding). Fiji also went with wood siding and a/c window units for some reason (to save money, but why would Fiji need to save money?)
