First of all, their house isn't nice. If you think so, then you haven't visited any good chapters. Secondly, the guys suck. I've had the displeasure of meeting some in the past and couldn't wait to get away. Lastly, girls don't like them. Sure, you'll a few big 6 "legacies" (if you know what I mean) at their parties, but other than that it's a herd of AZDs or geeds.
