Do any of the bottom tier chapters have the ability to move up? Here is how I see it. Beta has a good history at UT. Strong alumni Bigger than other bottom tier fraternities. They have a chance Lambda Chi and DU ,about the same size ,decent membership quality . They could grow but they have further to go. Delta Sigma Phi , decent house but I'm not I am not impressed by the membership, kind of stagnant. AEPI, don't think they can compete with. Sammy. Very niche chapter stagnant. TKE,Theta Chi chapters are growing do they have the alumni support and or housing to get much better? Zeta Psi kind of an alt frat. Not all that interested in competing. Phi Kappa Sigma , Phi Tau , both are really small. They have real issues with survival at the present time. DKE rip.
