You are incorrect about how the cuts go-highly desired chapters are forced to cut girls they would love to take every year. Honestly chapters that are having a great rush and have the most girls ranking them first get to invite very very few over the number in a pledge class. Just a few deciding they want another chapter means they have to snap. Just not much room for errors. A bad pref night can be catastrophic. Honestly though, girls who get snapped up are always girls the chapters want. PKT always has someone have to do it. Tri delta, Zeta, and Chi O usually do as well. Honestly doesn’t mean much.
