I like the Tiers comment. They tend to be a lot more accurate than individual rankings, especially at a place like Texas where chapters can rise and fall with a single pledge class. However, as long as Kappa Sig keeps making stupid mistakes, I could see them switching places with a fast-growing chapter like Sigma Chi. And I'd probably add Pike to Tier 2 as well, leaving Tier 3 to the likes of Phi Psi, Phi Delt, Sammy, etc.
