The likelihood that this was actually written by a Sig Chi to make Phi Psi look bad is quite high. Do agree about best parties and definitely the nicest house. Top house is arguable, but with the Fall and Spring classes, in their next four years, Phi Psi will be one of if not the top house at Texas (that’s actually in good standing).
