Kappa is my favorite, and I personally think the top one right now. Theta has a lot of really fun girls with big personalities. It could definitely be argued that they are the “top” Pi phi is kind of a mix of those two but I think definitely number three right now. Honestly all of them have great girls and blah girls too.
