sound like a huge try-hard. If you're really worried about the difference between alumni networks between Sigma Chi and SAE, you're an idiot. One, fraternity alumni networks aren't a big deal when you go to Texas, there's all kinds of networks for Texas Exes outside of Texas. No way Sigma Chi is building a new house, there's nowhere for them to build. Their dream is for that Burger King to shut down and buy that lot, but that'll never happen. Phi Psi might be building a new house, who knows if they actually get it done this time.
