going to hit a wall soon. The way they recruit gets 'em bottom-tier guys, but it won't get them guys that rush Sigma Chi, pike, ato, etc. Plus, their parties still suck and every small fraternity has promised that they have a house in the works. (Pretty sure Lambda chi was supposed to already get it this year according to what they said two years ago)
