Kappa Sig - vibe is sort of a mix between SAE and FIJI. These guys come from similar old Texas money families, like the FIJIs and SAEs. Hate to say it because they are a top 4 house, but seems like most of the guys are kids who were rushing the top two and then didnt get bids there. However, some kids have started going KSig over the top two in the past couple years. Good looking, old money, smart guys. Sig Ep - completely different vibe from the other 3. Don't really get guys from the same feeder high schools. Crazy parties, awesome physical house, best looking guys on campus. Considered more new money. Lots of Strake, St Marks, Westlake guys.
