To Confused - Phi Delt is in the first ranking of last 30-40 years with the large group in the middle. Hard to rank them since 1980. As the 80s got going they were complacent and coasting on their old reputation when they got kicked off for hazing around ‘86. Came back in the 90s or early 2000s but never were the same. Started to make some noise around 2010-16 but have fallen off again. So I ranked them in the middle overall since 1980. If you split that, they would be higher 1980-2000 and lower over the last 20 years. Others may see it differently.
