you don't actually really know how to network. Yeah, a national network is great and everything, but how strong is it? Guys from your chapter are much more willing to go out and help you than guys from chapters hundreds of miles away. It's just common sense, the bonds are a lot closer. Not to mention combined with UT's network and a strong local alumni chapter network, you're pretty much good as long as you're not a moron.
