COBS are given when PCs aren’t full enough. Pretty sure it stands for continuous open bidding? Bottom line is the way aphi rushed all on looks left them 25 girls short on bid day so they had to have 25 COBS. A few houses still give some COBs cause the rush process sucks and isn’t fair for a lot of girls but no one does 25
