know why but FIJI had spring pledge grades, so that's not technically true although it's not an open rush or anything like that. Everyone does it in the Spring (except the Big 4), most take small classes 10-15 at the most. The smaller fraternities like Phi Psi/Pi Kapp/Phi Delt try to take bigger ones.
