pretty clear that most of the Phi Delt alum of the past have no interest in this chapter as it was born out of a business fraternity. Anyways, there isn't too much reason to get a new chapter house when you can't drink or have parties in it... Something rushees should consider, having a party house is pretty risky when your nationals don't condone it. They got in trouble for that before.
