How are the "high return rate" sororities doing their cuts to get down to half? I have heard that Looks, Zip Code, Legacy, and Connections within the sorority are the biggest factors. How much does the information packet and reference letters play into it? Beside Pi Beta Phi, how about the face to face converstions at the open house? Thanks in advance!
