I went through rush this year as a sophomore and got a bid from one of the sororities that is considered "bottom tier" at UT. I like a lot of the girls, but I hate the rep of being in the sorority. When I party with my high school friends (most of whom went big 6), I feel left out and less than. Guys at frat parties will literally walk away when I say what sorority I'm in. I know it sounds shallow but at this point, I'm just wondering if it would be better to be a GDI?
