Since most UT Greek Chapter Officers clandestinely draw money from Chapter budgets, may I suggest just paying Chapter Officers a per semester salary. It may make financial sense because the salary in most cases would be below what they are stealing from the Chapters now. A net financial gain for Greek UT Chapters. Think about it!
