SAMMY is a strong mid tier house not quite as wealthy or socially adept as ZBT but not bad. Pike had a lousy year and does not have a house. Better hope a new house will help. Beta has got a solid group now they also need a new house. Pi Kapp, Phi Delta Lambda Chi , DU these groups have 60-80 members , they don’t have all the pieces they need. Either they have housing problems , weaker membership / up and down rush or weaker social schedules but they have some presence unlike the true bottom feeders.
