It is true that machi is dropping and phi psi is getting better, but phi psi isn’t even close to being an upper mid. Realistically, no one that will get a bid at an upper mid has ever stepped foot in the phi psi house, same goes with girls attending their events. I don’t see this changing as long as phi psi bids everyone that can afford their dues. They have a great house, but everything else is lacking
