Out of state kids with the connections got to events. Sorry. True for PKT also. Those top ones are all about connections. It should show you that there are great people in other chapters not just the top ones though. Obviously you are not the only one who didn’t know. You could probably try reaching out to rush chairmen at Fiji and Sig Ep (wouldn’t bother with Rho-less out of state) and see if they can help you out. I am sure some contact info is on their websites.
