PKT basically rushes against each other so clearly a tier of their own. Pi Phi is below both Theta and Kappa. I personally think Theta is ahead of Kappa but those are the top two any way you look at it now and just depends on who you ask. And honestly all three have beautiful girls and also heavy girls. No one in PKT, Fiji, or SAE thinks Pi phi is top except Pi Phi. Chi o, Zeta, and Tri Delta are rushing same girls so next tier. They are taking cute social girls just from different areas than PKT. Alpha Phi first and then AXO get girls dropped by big six chapters the rest get girls dropped by those 8. Truth
