1. Snaps are so rare they aren’t worth spending time thinking about. 2. Very few PMN’s are released because a chapter doesn’t want them (ie, grade risk, questionable reputation, drama queen, etc). Most are released simply because they didn’t rank high enough in voting. All chapters release a ton of girls who meet all the criteria to join their chapters. Texas Rush is uber competitive and if you get a bid (regardless of whether it’s a snap or COB or regular rush week bid), you take it if you want the opportunity to be Greek.
