Normal answer is purely tradition but... Pi phi is pretty much purely tradition. Their dance party turns a lot of girls off but girls who belong there really don’t mind it. They aren’t even trying to be the most well liked day 1. Kappa, Theta, (and Chi O) are the three most wanted during rush so bit more than just tradition for them IMO. Girls in all three chapters are usually very good socially, fun, and attractive despite what is said on this site. Just my opinion
