Agree with some of below, but Kappa hasn't been second in a long time. I would not describe them as wealthy smart girls, but a real mixed bag. I would place Theta above them and possibly Tri-Delt at this point. Definitely as far as looks go, kappas are barely hanging on to the top 6. That's why there is the saying "Hang on to your hats, here come the Kappa Kappa Cattle"! Also, many random girls. What happened? Pay attention, top houses!
