DZ closed in the late '70s due to low numbers (KD has their old house). Gamma Phi closed in the late '80s. Somebody here claiming to have insider knowledge said it was due to RMF but wouldn't elaborate. Supposedly the chapter was on a fast track to recolonize, but while they were inactive a developer bought their house out from under them.
