1) You know someone who puts you on this sorority's list they make of girls they want before rush. 2) You turn in your letters of rec and pray the recruitment team picks you. 3) You work with a coach who introduces you to girls in the houses (who puts you on the list - see #1). 4) You do all of the above. The above HELPS a LOT. But it still doesn't guarantee you won't get dropped after day 1.
