just based on greekrank, looks like Aphi arrived some years back and passed up a bunch of orgs that rested on their laurels. we here in texas wouldn't be aware of it other than to see the texas chapter rise. this overall movement can't be recent, like in the last 2 yrs, all of sudden they are top or upper mid just about everywhere. that had to take some time. i'm not saying greekrank is the end all to everything but for better or for worse, it is the pulse of the collegiate chapters and per greekrank, Aphi is top more times than not outside of the south. amazing
