Top 8 do not all hang out together. PKT hangs out with Fiji and SAE pretty exclusively. I agree most Kappas go to Fiji and most Thetas and Pi Phis go to SAE. Occasionally a Kappa or a group of them appears at Sig Ep or even less frequently at KA. Pi phi and Theta almost never branch out of SAE or Fiji though so literally no overlap there.
