I rushed at baylor actually and I'd say the top 3 are Pi Phi, Chi O, and Theta. In terms of looks, personality, and overall awesomeness. I'm a zeta but most of my friends are KAO and PBP. Kappa is full of rich snobs who hate each other... regina george girls. Tri delt is on a downward spiral. They're below Zeta, but I felt that way before rush. And I'm content with Zeta being middle tier with Kappa and Tri Delt. Theta and Chi O are underrated at Baylor.
