The University will likely kick Cowboys off b/c of the PR backlash and to set a precedent for future hazing cases. Since this is the second death in Cowboys (1995), they will likely be off indefinitely. Like in the past, the Spurs will probably take control of the Cannon since they did that in the 90s. The cause of death wasn't hazing since his life could have been saved by wearing a seat belt and the driver of the vehicle was a dry pledge (sober). If anything happens to individuals, I could see misdemeanors being handed out for hazing and possibly an animal cruelty charge. In terms of University repercussions, I could see suspensions being handed out, but doubt expulsions except for those involved in animal cruelty. Regardless, a life was taken and this should serve as a catalyst for the hazing culture to end. I'm sure everyone in Cowboys and Kappa Sig, especially his older guys, are devastated since they got to know him well and put him up for good reason. Love like Nicky
